Originally by: Ray McCormack They don't say EBANK, that's just the ticker. Actual corporation name is something like EVE Tech Savings n Loans.
They also have a hint of lilac scent if you hold them right up to your nose, which was was Ray's little personal feminine touch.

Originally by: Dsan I guess est. value of each share right now is 10mill isk, because that's the attributed value from the bank. Give me a high enough ingame bid and you can buy some of mine or all mine.
They are worth 1m each out of the 1.3t in "claimed debt" that EBank owes. Unfortunately they only had 700-800m in assets by the end from what I remember, making the shares worth at most around 600k each.

Huh? There's 300 Bil on AC's wallet as seen on eveboard, and I don't think that's even half of the total remaining value.
lol replace "m" with "b"
A pretty obvious typo imo, but my mistake regardless, so I'll take it.

Awww, are you going to follow me around with a hurt butt because you failed to properly prepare for your little rep-grind circle-jerk thread? How cute.

Except he dragged the whole thing out two years longer than it needed to be in an attempt to stroke his spaceship ego, but ya, besides that, he's a hero...

Yes, this is over. Finally. Thankfully.
Maybe when Ray and AC155 start their internet spaceship bank liquidation service we can question their professional credentials, but for now this **** is over.
Hallelujah.

Originally by: Sara Rucksom Have I missed the boat with all this? My account was inactive for a year and I came back today. Be nice to get some of my isk back... but if it's gone it's gone, and I'll have a clean start.
POOOOOOOOOOOOOAND!
Hope that clears things up.

you're an idiot
it took two years because they still wanted to play imaginary spaceships banker with what was left of other people's money despite the obvious conceptual failure of banking in eve
"they didn't end up just stealing the rest" is the highest praise anyone can make, besides that it is all incompetence, negligence, and self-delusion
never forget how it really went down

You're discussing the approximate 6 months it took from the decision to liquidate, and I don't fault anyone for the pace they chose. I'm referring to the approximate 1.5 years it took to finally make the correct decision to liquidate.
